Roof. It looks like the entire roof on the north side is ready to cave in. One support has come loose from the rafter. You can see this if you look inside from front opening. It is not rotted it is just loose. Step ladder is on premises if you want to check for your self. Bring a screw driver.
Shingles: it looks like the roof should be a sieve. It does not leak. There is a pile of shingles that should redo the entire roof that comes with sale of house.
Foundation. The house has a slant to it. *It was fine . City pipes broke and flooded house,. It sank n back. We got it secured. It has not sank farther in the 15 years cine we got it secured. The yard in front and drive way have had dirt, rock and grass put into block any further breakage of city's pipes from flooding house again. The city put new pipe along the entire front of house. The earth quake that came thru back about 3 years ago did not seem to have any bad effect. If I did not have house empty to sell, I would not be the least bit worried about moving back in. Bids to fix range from 2K to9K. It depends on who you get to do it.
Electrical: Every thing works fine. It could stand to be updated.
House is all electric.
Gas line corroded after i switched to all electric with a wood stove. One section under back of house leaks according to what gas man said when they went to turn it back on a couple of years ago.
